What timber do you use?
Brand New Treated pine. Durable and designed for long-term outdoor use.
Do you use recycled pallet?
No. We only use a brand new Treated Pine.
Do you use other timber?
Yes. ACQ Timber, sleeper, or other timber on request.
Is the garden beds strong enough?
We use galvanized screws (Rust Proof) instead of nails for our products.
Do I need black plastic lining for my garden beds?
Yes. For edibles and keeping soil within it, we highly recommend to line your garden beds.
What kind of paint or stain do you use?
For Staining – We recommend Oil base stain with a variety of colors.
For Painting – We use exterior weather paint with UV protection, dirt and stain resistance.
Do you deliver Australia wide?
We deliver to many locations in Brisbane. If we do not have a delivery service in your area, you are more than welcome to organize a courier to pick up from our warehouse.
How much you charge for delivery?
The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on stock availability.
Products can either be ‘In Stock’ or ‘Available to Order’ depending on the stock’s availability. To view estimated time frames, go to the product page and enter your suburb and postcode.
How will I know my order is coming?
We will contact you through email and text.
What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
We will contact you prior to delivery to ensure someone will be available to receive the items, however, if no person is at the delivery address when we have reached:
- Products will be placed in a safe place, such as side gate
For large items and apartments, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
